We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate, Human Resources (People Service) to join our Human Resources team. You will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, with a focus on payroll administration and HR operations. This role is integral in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of HR processes, contributing to the overall effectiveness of our HR department.
Job Descriptions:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS systems.
- Process benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
- Attend to the HR Service Desk and employee requests and inquiries.
- Process end-to-end employee movement cases.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of bi-weekly & monthly payroll.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll entries and adjustments.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Support the HR team with various administrative tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience in HR, payroll, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and productivity management tools are a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
