We are looking for a Associate Director Product Management: Growth, CX & Sales Productivity for our fast-growing Product team. The ideal candidate would have experience developing and launching products in a fast-paced environment. We are building universal products for the Southeast Asian market, so a deep passion for the user-experience and localization is key! You’re comfortable managing through influence and are energized by cross-functional environments.

What You Will Do:

  • Representing a key Narrative for the Product Organization
  • Managing go-to-market for new products, including messaging & launch plans
  • Leading a cross-functional team of engineers & designers to bring the most user-centric products to our investors, borrowers or internal users
  • Managing a P&L associated with your Product
  • Create industry-leading levels of Customer Delight by delivering Speed, Convenience & highest levels of Transparency though seamlessly digitized experiences including 1. Onboarding journey, 2. Post-Approval Flows and 3. Relationship Management
  • This role can be expanded beyond Unification of Product and more aligned towards automation → the process for which (Narrative-setting) you will be part of anyways
  • The incumbent will be expected to take on a Horizontal orientation (while Verticals/ Business teams will work with him) → So, crafting Product Solutions that are designed for abstraction, scalability, integrity and coherence will be mission critical

You would be empowered with the following decision rights:

  • Conceptualization & execution of growth/experience strategies to deliver against key Product metrics
  • Product specs for feature and development: stakeholders will contribute, but you decide what gets shipped
  • User persona development, which would inform strategy & specs
  • Resource Ownership: Sales CRM Systems, Log-in Experience, SignUp Experience (will need to work closely with Growth, as they will be primary owners), Risk & Fraud Measurement Use Cases - including 3rd Party vendors like Digital Sign, eKYC, Liveness, Automation Use-Cases, including OCR and Bank Statement Integrations, and Sales CRM Ownership

Ultimately, you may shine in this role if you:

  • Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, MBA or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Demonstrated experience of driving products from concept to implementation
  • Enjoy working across cross-functional teams, with a strong focus on manifesting best user experiences
