Managing Flight Metasearch partnerships and Affiliate marketing partnerships
Work closely with Transport/Flight Digital Marketing Lead, supporting and defining our strategy across Affiliate Marketing & Flight Metasearch, providing strategic thinking and technical knowledge.
Responsible for managing Affiliate Marketing and Flight Metasearch budget across markets, through forecasting using historical data to achieve optimum results and internally agreed targets
Track and measure all business & marketing metrics including, but not limited to, actual spend, conversion volumes, ROI, CAC, to support the overall Digital Marketing strategy and business goals
Work alongside multiple different stakeholders such as but not limited to: Product Marketing, Digital Channels, Revenue Team, Product Managers, and Engineers to support Traveloka Transport’s objectives through Affiliate Marketing & Metasearch initiatives, with the ability to initiate and lead high impact projects.
Analyze and assess the performance of Affiliate Marketing & Flight Metasearch and translate quantitative and qualitative data into insights and recommendations. This includes research and competitive analysis.
Report to Traveloka Transport executives periodically on Affiliate Marketing and Flight Metasearch performance, providing analysis, opinion and counsel on strategy
Understand how to assess technical implementation related to Metasearch and Affiliate enhancement and able to collaborate with tech/product team to identify and troubleshoot the issue as well as provide potential solutions based on judgment and experience
Coordinates with internal stakeholders to enhance tracking and analyze data to develop a better understanding of market demand, supply, consumer behavior and identify new opportunities.
Coordinates with external Affiliate and Metasearch partners to gather insights and leverage them for Flight business improvement
Requirements (Education, Technical Skills, Relevant Experiences)
Bachelor’s Degree or higher. Any major is welcome, but quantitative/analytical discipline is preferred
4-5 years experience in digital marketing. Experience in partnering with or managing Metasearch Platforms such as Skyscanner, Kayak, Wego, etc is a big plus point
Ability to conduct critical analysis, structured thinking, diving into the data and identify key insights, to produce immediate value while still keeping an eye on long-term strategy and scalability
Project management skills with high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Numbers driven. Excellent analytical thinking and good numerical reasoning skills for data-driven decision making. Strong business acumen combined with an uncanny ability to extract and analyze data
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheet or similar data processing tool for Data Analysis and Reporting purposes. Experienced in dashboard tools like Tableau, Google Data Studio is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders, both internal and external. English proficiency is mandatory.
Pro-active, self-driven and having growth mindset, able to maneuver and perform alongside business ambiguity
Ability to execute and achieve goals in a fast-paced environment.
Familiar with analytics tools such as Google Analytics. Experience in mobile app tracking and attribution tool (or MMP) such as Adjust, Appsflyer, Branch is a plus
