We’re looking for a Associate Consultant to join our International Sales team, to help our overseas hiring partner get their best Indonesian talents using our cross-border recruitment service.
You will source and manage candidates to fill the open roles for our hiring partners and coordinate with them to define necessary requirements for their open roles.
Using your ability to communicate in English in a professional manner you will be able to sell jobs to potential candidates/talents, persuade them and negotiate until the role is filled to achieve the targets and also to realize their human potential.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling end-to-end recruitment activities for our hiring partners by sourcing the best talent on the market to fill the open role based on requirements. This includes interviewing, offering process and handling the employment documents.
- Selling the available roles to potential talents by understanding the value proposition of our hiring partners' company.
Who We Are Looking For
- Someone who is really good and confident with their English communication skills. Fluency to speak in English is a must because you will be using English on daily basis.
- Someone who has a really good persuasion and negotiation skills: has proven experience applying this skill in previous workplace, organization or project.
- Someone who is target-driven, who will find a way to fulfil the target given.
- Someone who has at least 1 year of experience in doing sales and/or recruitment.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
