We are in search of young talent with an energetic personality, yet elegant that fulfill the requirements for an Assistant Villa Manager to work with our Rooms team at the finest 5-star luxury resort in Bali.


Responsibilities

  • Keep track of monthly, quarterly and yearly goals
  • Work with management to assess and improve processes and policies
  • Uphold and enforce company policies
  • Schedule shifts
  • Address customer issues and complaints
  • Oversee security of the facility
  • Train, supervise and support Rooms team
  • Ensure timely and accurate customer service
  • Handle complaints and specific customers' requests
  • Ensure proper mail distribution
  • Ensure company’s policies and security requirements are met
  • Meet regularly with upper management to stay informed on company issues
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in the same position in a large luxury resort.
  • Experience in operating OPERA system.
  • Diploma in Rooms Division, Hotel Management, or other relevant fields.
  • Problem-solving skills
