Assistant Chief Engineering I AYANA Komodo

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Chief Engineering to join our team at AYANA Komodo. In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Engineering to ensure the efficient operations of the Engineering Department. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling various engineering projects and activities in line with the company's policies and standards, while meeting the expectations of our guests, employees, and owners.

• Minimum of 2 years experience in the same position in a large luxury resort or hotel.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully managing engineering projects.
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating information and solving complex problems.
• Excellent communication skills for overseeing staff and collaborating with other management personnel.
• Exceptional organizational skills for managing budgets, employees, and schedules concurrently.
• Relevant training and certifications as an Assistant Chief Engineering.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
