Assistant Chief Engineer - Delonix Hotel

We are looking for an Chief Engineer who is highly motivated to work with our Engineering team for our Delonix Hotel Karawang.

• Chief Engineer in managing budget, capital expenditures, preventative maintenance and energy conservation.
• Assists in maintaining the building and grounds with particular attention towards safety, security , Inspect tools, equipment, or machines.
• Enter and locate work-related information using computers. Operate power lift. Complete the life safety checklist, including the fire-pump run test and generator run test.
• Inspect fire sprinkler valves and alarm systems. Assist in development of disaster response protocols. Respond and attend to guest repair requestsand asset protection.
• Assigns, tracks and follows up on status of work assigned to staff and contractors as needed.

• Helps to increase guest and employee satisfaction through effective communications and training.
