Job Description:
- Working closely and assisting category manager for the FMCG & Electronics categories
- Define, implement and execute the business development/growth strategy for the category
- Developing online merchandising and promotion proposals to achieve sales targets
- Retain and optimize key account relationships to drive overall sales volumes. This can be done by ensuring pricing competitiveness, assortment and stock availability of key merchants within the category
- Continuously analyse the internal and external environment to ensure that the Category under management remains highly competitive vis-à-vis the market
- Identify, establish and grow other local strategic partnerships
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of working experience preferably in business development, sales or account management
- Strong business acumen with a strong ownership
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in eCommerce or FMCG industry is a plus
- Driven and motivated
- Previous management and leadership experience
- Proficient in English to facilitate discussions and collaborations across stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- Proactive and initiative work ethics with eagerness to learn
- Have passion in the eCommerce industry
