We are looking for a Assistant Banquet Operations Manager to join our team and ensure our guests are comfortable by serving food and beverages while also answering questions and assisting guests as needed. Assistant Banquet Operations Manager responsibilities include ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and optimized average check. To utilize current manpower control measures to meet and exceed budgeted manpower productivity. Work closely with Human Resources to ensure all training requirements are met and maintain a formal training program. Ensure staffing levels are sufficient to meet current levels of business activity. The Banquet Assistant Manager will be required to conduct their duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with the hotel’s policies and procedures, ensuring that a high level of service is maintained

- Proven work experience as a Assistant Banquet Operations Manager or similar role
- Courteous and attentive to guests
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
