- Lead our asset & inventory team by providing direction, training, and ongoing performance management.
- Asset recording (Movement, Disposal, New Asset).
- Prepare work program plans and RAB assets and office supplies to ensure the fulfillment of assets and office supplies efficiently and effectively.
- Assist in providing data for internal and external audit purposes relating to asset data and proof of purchase as needed.
- Responsible for the budget of assets and ensure the realization of the budget within the scope of asset management is carried out in accordance with a predetermined plan.
- Conduct periodic checks for asset and office supplies reports to provide up-to-date stock and asset data.
- Assist in controlling and coordinating the recording of all company assets.
- Assist in controlling and monitoring the periodic improvements of the company's assets.
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments related to asset management, and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Ensuring the effectiveness of the process of preparing and implementing policies, SOPs and other procedures within the company.
- Identify risks within the scope of asset management.
- Develop sustainable plans to minimize risk in the asset management function
- Establish good relations with related parties such as vendors, suppliers, management, government and other relevant agencies to support smooth work coordination.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in General Affairs, Asset Management, or a related field.
- Proficient in using spreadsheets (Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel)
- Strong knowledge of the procurement process of office supplies and asset management.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve supply-related issues.
- Knowledge of the ROA (Return on Asset).
