We’re looking for an Assessment Intern to join our Remote Hiring team, to provide the best community journey for qualified candidates.
What You'll Be Doing
- Onboard vet candidates on overall Vetted Talent Network product and key process.
- Assisting vet candidates by ensuring candidates aware of each key process and finish it in timely manner.
- Form a strong rapport with candidates. Does this in part by communicating empathetically and creating a psychologically safe environment that encourages candidates to share about their progress and blockers on their career goals openly.
- Get & provide feedback or insights on the program to Glints team to improve the experience of vet candidates who are participating in the Vetted Talent Network.
