Responsibilities
- Lead sales team to achieve the set sales target.
- Find, maintain, and develop a good relationship with old and new customers.
- Perform market analyses and draw up sales strategies.
- Ensure service reliability via excellent support and solidify customer relationships to achieve business growth
- Responsible for developing a plan to achieve sales team's target
- Appropriately manage the underlying activities needed to achieve or exceed margin and profitability goals for the region.
- Report to Head Department as required.
Requirements
- Experience in logistic industry
- Fluent in English will be an advantage
- Understanding of shipping modes and terms
- Have a good relationship with various corp industry.
- Organized, committed, quick, accurate, and flexible.
- Strong communication (both verbal and written), problem-solving, communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Proven track record of sales achievement.
- Willing to Business Trip
