Area Collection and Recovery Manager (Surabaya)

• Lead and control the implementation of strategy and collection activities across branches in the area.
• Develop collection strategies and monitor the progress across branches.
• Monitor branch collection performance and cost efficiencies.
• Responsible for achieving collection targets across branches.

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from any major.
• Minimum 5 years experience as Collection and Recovery managerial role in financial institutions.
• Must have excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, strong math skills, and good training skills.
• Good management skills with the ability to make decisions in tough circumstances.
• Demonstrate a high level of ethical commitment and trustworthiness.

• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
