- Lead and control the implementation of strategy and collection activities across branches in the area.
- Develop collection strategies and monitor the progress across branches.
- Monitor branch collection performance and cost efficiencies.
- Responsible for achieving collection targets across branches.
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from any major.
- Minimum 5 years experience as Collection and Recovery managerial role in financial institutions.
- Must have excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, strong math skills, and good training skills.
- Good management skills with the ability to make decisions in tough circumstances.
- Demonstrate a high level of ethical commitment and trustworthiness.
- Strong analytical skills and critical thinking.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
