Area Business Manager First Mile

Job Description:

• Ensuring KPI & OKR Area targets are achieved
• Ensuring KPI targets (monthly) for all Point Coordinators are achieved
• Building good relationship with customers (fish & pond farmers)
• Effectively improve and maintain the quality of field team sales in their area to meet sales targets
• Ensuring field team operations run well according to predetermined KPIs
• Maintain stock and product supply (eFishery Mall) to meet demand in the area
• Achieve additional commercial and business targets in areas according to the priorities of the BU
• Ensuring the achievement and process of AR collection are in accordance with the priorities of BU
• Manage the field team in order to carry out sales activities of the company's products with customers according to the targets set by the company in accordance with the priorities of the PC
• Make sales plans, promotion plans, visit plans every month in collaboration with the field marketing team
• Generate weekly, monthly and quarterly achievement metrics reports
• Perform customer and market analysis to plan and execute regional initiatives in order to maximize growth achievements in one area

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of Sales
• Have experience and knowledge of the process and analysis of sales data in the retail industry
• Sales skills / Salesmanship
• Territory or Territory Management skills
• Knowledge of distribution
