Summary of Responsibilities:
- Assist in handling reservations and bookings
- Provide information about room availability, rates, and hotel amenities
- Assist with checking guests in and out
- Manage incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experience
- Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest information
- Open exclusively for Indonesian citizen
- Minimum 1 years' experience in the same position or related fields in the hospitality industry
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, effectively prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
- Diploma in Hospitality, or other relevant fields. Bachelor's degree is desirable
