Summary of Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing reservations for our food and beverage outlets
- Provide accurate information and assistance to guests regarding dining options, availability, and special requests
- Coordinate with other departments to enhance guest experience
- Process reservation requests accurately and in a timely manner
- Assist in managing the reservation system
- Maintain detailed records of reservations and guest preferences
- Only for Indonesian Citizen
- Minimum of 1-year experience in the same position in a large luxury resort
- Excellent phone contact handling skills and exceptional active listening abilities
- Strong customer service skills and adaptability to interact with individuals of diverse personalities and backgrounds
- Ability to multitasking, prioritization, and efficient time management
- Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
- Diploma in Food & Beverage, Hotel Management, or other relevant fields. Bachelor's degree is desirable
