As an apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience in the food and beverage administration functions while supporting the administrative needs of our F&B department. Your role will include assisting with daily administrative tasks, coordinating communications, and providing support for various F&B operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily administrative duties within the F&B department
- Help maintain physical and digital employee records
- Support the scheduling of in-house and external meetings
- Assist in managing and ordering office supplies
- Distribute incoming mail and handle queries from employees and clients via email, phone, or in-person
- Help organize and maintain updated filing systems for company documents
- Participate in training programs and activities to enhance skills and knowledge
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- A passion for the food and beverage industry
- Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
