Apprentice Boat Operation - AYANA Komodo

We are in search of young talent with energetic personality, yet elegant that fulfills the requirements for a Boat Operational Apprentice to work with our team at the finest 5-star resort in Labuan Bajo, Flores.

• Support daily boat operations through proper management of operational documentation, schedules, and administrative records.
• Maintain accurate data records related to guest lists, transactions, attendance, and daily operational activities.
• Assist in administrative processing of payments, petty cash records, and billing documentation under supervision.
• Prepare and update daily and periodic administrative reports for operational and accounting purposes.
• Coordinate administrative matters with the Boat Operation team and related departments to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Has positive attitude
• Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken
• Has the ability to work independently and as a part of a team
• Diploma in Hospitality or other relevant fields. Bachelor's degree is desirable
