We are in search of young talent with an energetic personality, yet elegant that fulfill the requirements for a Bellman to work with our Rooms team at the finest 5-star luxury resort in Bali.
Responsibilities:
- Assist guests with luggage, ensuring careful handling and timely delivery to their rooms
- Assist with transportation arrangements, including taxis, shuttles, and valet services
- Provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions
- Communicate effectively with the front desk staff to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Ensure the lobby, entrance, and bell desk areas are clean and presentable
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
- Deliver messages, packages, and amenities to guest rooms
- Min. 1 year experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry or large luxury resort
- At least a high school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- A positive attitude and a team player
- Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic
- Good grooming and personal hygiene standards
