Job Description:

• Diagnosing problems with products and making recommendations for repair or replacement
• Repairing faulty product or replacing damaged parts
• Inspecting product to identify possible problems that could lead to future breakdowns
• Providing simple guidance for customers on how to maintain their products

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of 2 years experience as technician of electronic products.
• In-depth knowledge of electronics.
• Effective problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be well-organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks.
