Anti Fraud - Desk Investigator for Atome Card

Job Descriptions:
1. Investigate cases of suspected fraud, deception, or abuse by checking documents, data, and customer calls.
2. Collecting, analyzing, researching data, facts, evidence, and concluding them into the results of the investigation and recommendations.
3. Reporting the results of the investigation to Team Leader.

Job Requirements:
1. Good communication skills with proficiency in English, both oral and written.
2. Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuary, Computer Science, Information System and informatics.
3. Some experience in Unsecured Products like BNPL/credit card/ personal loan is an advantage.
4. Willing to take on new challenges and work in a fast-paced environment.
