Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Programme Manager to lead and oversee the development and implementation of our key initiatives. The Programme Manager will be a crucial role in driving our mission forward, working closely with external partners, and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of our programmes and broadening our network.

The Angsana Council is a not for profit advisory council that is committed to increasing the growth and prosperity of Southeast Asian businesses and economies. The Angsana Council is led by members with a track record in accelerating economic and societal change in Southeast Asia. We conduct research, convene a high-profile network of change agents and develop strategic insights and policy recommendations on macroeconomic issues, particularly concentrating on the role of technology in driving sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a range of programmes in line with our strategic objectives.
• Manage and coordinate projects to ensure programme objectives are met within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Develop detailed programme plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Monitor and report on programme progress, addressing any issues or challenges that arise.
• Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, think tanks, industry partners, and academic institutions.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team and with external partners.
• Facilitate workshops, seminars, and other events to engage stakeholders and promote our initiatives.
• Contribute to the development of policy recommendations and research outputs.
• Support fundraising efforts, including grant writing and donor engagement.

What We Look For
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Economics, International Relations etc.).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in programme management, preferably in a non-profit or policy-oriented environment.
• Strong proficiency in English language, and another Southeast Asian language. 
• Strong project management skills, including experience with budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of individuals and organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically, solve problems, and manage complex projects.
• Familiarity with the policy-making process and a passion for driving impact in Southeast Asia.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
