Amartha Future Leaders Program (A-Pioneer 2024)

A-Pioneer Future Leaders Program is a hiring development program with 12 months (1 year) on the job training (OJT) designed to develop competent and promising future employees in line with Amartha company's values, competences, and expectations, who will be prepared to become Amartha's next future leaders, as our Business Manager.

The program will provide you first-hand experiences of the lending business process with intensive mentorship program. During the program, You will be provided with exclusive learning by experts in this fields regarding:

• Intensive leadership training program

• Mentoring & coaching program
• The improvement project to have significant impact

• Student or recently graduated (minimum D3/S1)
• Have a driving license for SIM C
• Familiar with google products & microsoft office
• Involved in university organizations or communities
• Experience min 1 year in Internship program
• Commit to placement all around Indonesia
• Firm commitment to take part in the program 
• Passionate to make an impact and empower others
• Good in communication skill, result oriented, and strong to adapt in dynamic situation
