[All Levels] QA Engineer - Remote Work

Hijra Engineering is the technology backbone of Hijra, the next-generation financial institution offering Sharia-compliant financial products to personal and business customers in Indonesia. Hijra’s financial services are purposefully ethical, inclusive, sustainable, and socially responsible.
We are looking for QA enthusiasts to join our engineering team.
Expected salary for this role: Rp 12.8 millions to Rp 32.8 millions (monthly netto, based on YoE).
Responsibilities
- Prepare, develop, and execute test plans across Hijra products and services
- Triage incoming defects, refine the reports whenever necessary
- Collaborate with other stakeholders (product, front-end, back-end, etc) to formulate functional specifications
- Track regressions, evaluate each release for its quality bar
- Drive cross-functional quality assurance efforts
Requirements
- Extraordinary attention to details
- Strong motivation to improve product quality
- Hands-on experience in utilizing tools to work with test plans
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia English, both written and verbal communication
- Ability to thrive in a fully remote & asynchronous organization
