[All Levels] Information Security Engineer - Remote Work

Hijra Engineering is the technology backbone of Hijra, the next-generation financial institution offering Sharia-compliant financial products to personal and business customers in Indonesia. Hijra’s financial services are purposefully ethical, inclusive, sustainable, and socially responsible.
We are looking for passionate security analysts to join our engineering team.
Responsibilities
- Triage and act on security incidents
- Improve our overall security posture
- Analyze security logs to identify and prevent potential threats
- Contribute and improve run-books to handle security incidents
- Do internal pentest for both application services and mobile apps.
Requirements
- Knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Familiarity with threat modeling
- Understanding of any scripting environment (python / golang)
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal communication
- Ability to thrive in a fully remote & asynchronous organization
- Willingness to understand, share, and live our values
