ABOUT THE ROLE

• Communication and coordinate with Field operation vendor
• Prepare and set document for submission to airlines
• Submit and monitor outward manifest timely and reconciliation manifest. 
• Upload document such slip weight, storage invoice, PEB/NPE to Cargowise
• Send pre-alert

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

Essential:

• Bachelor’s Degree from any major or relevant qualification
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an International Logistics/Freight Forwarding Company and in a fast paced and dynamic multi-cultural multi-national company environment.
• -Solid understanding of product knowledge (Logistics, Supply Chain, Freight and Forwarding, Incoterms, etc.)
• Must have knowledge about DG

Desirable:

• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Motivated self-starter with good organization skills and ability to multi-tasking
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty
