Summary of Responsibilities:
- Cook food in a timely manner
- Ensure appealing plate presentation
- Supervise Cooks and assist as needed
- Slightly modify recipes to meet customers’ needs and requests (e.g. reduce salt, remove dairy)
- Monitor food stock and place orders
- Check freshness of food and discard out-of-date items
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area
- Only for Indonesian Citizen
- Minimum of 2 years of solid experience at the culinary management level in a high-volume business standalone/free-standing Chinese restaurant that is reputable and most talked-about
- Has in-depth knowledge of food safety principles and best practices, HACCP certification is desirable
- Strong leadership skills with an acute sense of good judgment and swift performance improvement
- Diploma in Culinary, Hospitality or a related major is required. Bachelor’s Degree is desirable
