We are in search of young talent with an energetic personality, yet elegant that fulfill the requirements for a Service Bartender to work with our Food and Beverages team for Ah Yat Abalone Seafood Restaurant at the finest 5-star luxury resort in Bali.
Responsibilities
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- For Indonesian Citizen only
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the same position in a large luxury resort
- Diploma in F&B, Hotel Management, or other relevant fields. Bachelor's degree is desirable
- Mandarin speaking is an advantage
