We offer an exciting career opportunity for an individual with the following details:

Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Cook food in a timely manner
  • Ensure appealing plate presentation
  • Supervise Cooks and assist as needed
  • Slightly modify recipes to meet customers’ needs and requests (e.g. reduce salt, remove dairy)
  • Monitor food stock and place orders
  • Check freshness of food and discard out-of-date items
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area
  • Only for Indonesian Citizen
  • Minimum of 2 years of solid experience in the same position in a large luxury resort or free-standing Chinese restaurant with a good reputation and most talked-about
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety principles and best practices, HACCP certification is desirable
  • Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken is desirable
  • Diploma in Culinary, Hospitality, or other relevant fields. Bachelor’s Degree is desirable
