Summary of Responsibilities:
- Cook food in a timely manner
- Ensure appealing plate presentation
- Supervise Cooks and assist as needed
- Slightly modify recipes to meet customers’ needs and requests (e.g. reduce salt, remove dairy)
- Monitor food stock and place orders
- Check freshness of food and discard out-of-date items
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area
- Only for Indonesian Citizen
- Minimum of 2 years of solid experience in the same position in a large luxury resort or free-standing Chinese restaurant with a good reputation and most talked-about
- In-depth knowledge of food safety principles and best practices, HACCP certification is desirable
- Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken is desirable
- Diploma in Culinary, Hospitality, or other relevant fields. Bachelor’s Degree is desirable
