We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Agribusiness Lead to join our team. As an Agribusiness Lead, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our agribusiness operations, including supply chain management, market analysis, sales strategies, and customer relationships. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our agribusiness division and make a significant impact on the agricultural industry.
What you will do but not limited to:
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve company’s objectives in the agribusiness sector.
- Strategize and manage end to end On-Farm life cycle and sales revenue.
- Manage and optimize the agribusiness supply chain, including sourcing, procurement, inventory management, and distribution.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including farmers, distributors, and government agencies.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.
- Lead and support sales teams in achieving sales targets and business objectives.
- Oversee the financial performance of the agribusiness division, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Stay updated on industry developments and trends to anticipate market changes and adapt business strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams and cross-functional stakeholders to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Agribusiness, Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in agribusiness management or a similar role. Poultry background experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of end to end On-Farm life cycle, agribusiness operations, supply chain management, and market dynamics.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful On-Farm strategies in the agribusiness sector to increase revenue stream.
- In-depth knowledge of the agriculture industry, including crop production, farming practices, and agribusiness value chain.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian.
