What you will do but not limited to:
- Conduct sourcing and procurement activities in the agribusiness sector, including purchasing commodities such as rice, livestock, and other agricultural products;
- Manage end-to-end procurement process from sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, to monitoring supplier performance and ensuring timely delivery;
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their purchasing needs and requirements;
- Conduct supplier evaluation and selection based on predefined criteria;
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation;
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies;
- Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize procurement processes;
- Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies and policies;
- Support other procurement activities as assigned by management.
- Bachelor's degree in Agribusiness, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field;
- Previous experience in purchasing or procurement in the agribusiness sector is preferred;
- Good understanding of the agribusiness industry and market trends;
- Strong negotiation and communication skills;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently;
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced and dynamic environments;
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company;
- Willing to be located in Sukabumi.
