Our first brand ''Somethinc'' was founded in 2019, is currently the #1 skincare brand in e-commerce & modern trade with >1M social media followings. Our second brand Glowinc is breaking the boundaries by offering genderless products at affordable prices. Our offline/online commerce BeautyHaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.
Job Description:
- Identify, onboard and incubate growth for mid to long-tail e-com creators to foster trust and ensure sustainable creator payouts
- Formulate and implement diverse creator campaigns to constantly motivate creator activation and achieve sales goal
- Work closely with affiliate product team to optimize the creator experience
- Identify affiliate creator pain points and work with cross functional teams to solve key challenges
Requirements:
- 4 years experiences of creator e-com affiliate partnership management; mixed experience in social media platform side and brand side.
- Strong knowledge and experience of live streaming and Strong relationship with creators and creator agencies is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills , good team player, fast learner and agile.
- Strong in leadership skills , attention to detail, affinity with numbers, strong in problem solving
- Familiar with TikTok and mainstream e-commerce platforms, experience in content-based e-commerce is highly preferred
