About the challenge
We are looking for an enthusiastic Affiliates Event Specialist with a "can-do" attitude to lead strategizing and innovative events. You will be tasked with planning and managing our events' calendar, doing event benchmark analysis, negotiating quotes, researching and making agreements with vendors, monitoring timeframes, budgets, networking, and delivering according to our event brief objectives.
Your creativity, organizational skills, and vision will assist our company in amplifying brand visibility, enhancing client and employee relations, increasing affiliates engagement, and improving our company's growth through events that effectively communicate business strategy and brand personality.
What a day at work for you will look like:
- You will work with Affiliates Marketing Team to execute a marketing plan that needs the support of offline and online activations
- You will be responsible for planning, executing, and post-mortem reports of offline and online events for all Lamudi enterprises events.
- You will establish the project management protocols for each project tailored to the needs and teams
- You will make recommendations and negotiate new vendors, consultants, venues, and other external resources needed in the execution of events
- You will be expected to understand the complex needs of different events and diverse programs.
- You will ensure all events are executed with attention to detail while staying within or under budget while planning event specifications.
- You will create a memorable experience with a meaningful interaction between Lamudi as a Brand and the Affiliates
- You will lead and manage your team performance in assisting and executing event for Affiliates
Is this you?
- Ability to prioritize projects and work with other team members to meet deadlines in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
- Strategic planning: An excellent strategic thinker, able to develop big-picture strategies and develop plans that align with a brand’s goals and objectives
- Strong communication skills, and the ability to present event ideas and plans to other teams and upper management and work well with the public.
- 2 years proven experience working events
- Super energetic positive attitude, a strong sense of humor, and a hearty appetite for growth
- A great team player: Understands there is no “Me” in the team. Understands that the team’s success is our own success, and share responsibility when the team experiences difficulties along the way
