Job Description
1. Follow up dan merekap invoice pengeluaran dan transfer uang operasional ke tim service
2. Melakukan input transaksi penjualan sesuai SOP administrasi penjualan
3. Bertanggungjawab atas akurasi data pelanggan yang telah diinput di sistem (‘Customer Contact Management’).
4. Mengurus masalah administrasi gudang
5. FU dan rekap docket/bukti service dari tim service (SPV/teknisi) customer NKA dan NON NKA
6. Menerima keluhan pelanggan dan atau membuat call ke pelanggan
7. Turut serta dalam handling complaint bekerja sama dengan tim service
8. Membantu Branch Admin Supervisor untuk pekerjaan-pekerjaan admin dan cabang lainnya
