Job Descriptions
- Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone
- Answering or referring inquiries direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories
- Maintain telecommunication system by following office's instructions
- Provide secretarial and administrative support in an effective and efficient manner
- Assist the Branch Manager with administrative task
- Ensure the distribution of incoming letter
- Ensure the customer service goes well and accurately
- scheduling and manage students on boarding
- Documenting all visit and admission
- Documenting branch asset
Job Requirements
- Proactive and ability to take initiative
- Good communication (written & spoken)
- Exceptional customer service and administration skills
