We are in search of young talent with an energetic personality, yet elegant that fulfill the requirements for an Admin Finance & General Cashier to work with our Accounting team at the finest 5-star luxury resort in Bali.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee daily cash transactions, including reconciling payments, verifying receipts, and managing the petty cash fund.
  • Record all daily financial transactions accurately and manage the general ledger.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports as required
  • Manage the procurement and inventory of office supplies.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure that financial and administrative processes are completed efficiently.
  • Other administrative tasks as required
  • Indonesian citizen
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in the same position in a large luxury resort
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and knowledge of accounting software.
  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance or other relevant fields. Bachelor's Degree is desirable.
