We are in search of young talent with an energetic personality, yet elegant that fulfill the requirements for an Admin Finance & General Cashier to work with our Accounting team at the finest 5-star luxury resort in Bali.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily cash transactions, including reconciling payments, verifying receipts, and managing the petty cash fund.
- Record all daily financial transactions accurately and manage the general ledger.
- Prepare financial statements and reports as required
- Manage the procurement and inventory of office supplies.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that financial and administrative processes are completed efficiently.
- Other administrative tasks as required
- Indonesian citizen
- Minimum of 1-year experience in the same position in a large luxury resort
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and knowledge of accounting software.
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance or other relevant fields. Bachelor's Degree is desirable.
