About the Role:

At Aspire, we pride ourselves on building an amazing team. As an Activation Specialist, you will be responsible for developing scalable processes and communications to optimize the activation of new customers to Aspire. Reporting to the Country Activation Manager, this is a great opportunity for someone wanting to work to make a difference to customers, with talented & motivated team members in a diverse, energetic workplace; and a company dedicated to your success, growth and advancement.

What will you be doing?

  • Own and achieve new accounts activation targets within your portfolio, alongside other activation specialists in your team as allocated by your country activation manager
  • Drive customers to activation success by planning and deploying scalable communication, processes, product improvements, and in-product activation opportunities
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, operations, and product teams to execute a remarkable activation experience and user journey for our customers

What will you need? 

  • A customer driven mindset to build out the ultimate customer onboarding experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Bahasa and English
  • Technical knowledge and comfort in operating CRM systems
  • Passion for start-up environment and fast moving environment
  • Goal-driven, critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player, great interpersonal and communication skills
  • High sense of urgency and able to work with low supervision
  • 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in a tech or startup environment is a plus
