About the Role:

At Aspire, we pride ourselves on building an amazing team. As a Sales Acquisition Specialist, you will be involved in helping develop scalable processes & grow the company. The right person takes initiative, likes to learn & deals with integrity.  Reporting to BD & Partnership Lead, this is a great opportunity for someone wanting to work to make a difference to your community with talented & motivated team members in a diverse, energetic workplace; and a company dedicated to your success, growth and advancement.

What will you be doing?

  • Own and achieve new accounts acquisition targets by planning and organizing daily work with BDM and partners
  • Help the channel sales manager to acquire/activate the end customers from partner
  • Managing direct sales approach which will include outbound cold-calling (telesales), direct approach, in chat, email marketing, or any suitable approaches
  • Owning end-to-end outbound sales management, converting leads from partner and results with a pragmatic and a performance-driven mind 
  • Customers enablement (demo, handholding)
  • Support scaled event to acquire end customers from partners
  • Cross sell and upsell to end customers
  • Collect the necessary documents from end customers
  • Ad-hoc sales support 


What will you need? 

  • A hunter mindset to find new clients and partners
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
  • Passion for start-up environment and fast moving environment
  • Goal-driven, critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player, great interpersonal and communication skills
  • High sense of urgency and able to work with low supervision
  • 2 years of experience as a B2B Sales Acquisition Executive or a similar role is a plus
