Acquisition and Activation Strategy Lead

This role will lead the acquisition and activation team his/ her main job is to formulate the strategy and monitor its execution. Working closely with following teams:

  • MF team (HO and FO). To ensure strategy implementation across all points. MF team will be main operator in agent acquisition as well as main data points to understand key issues and challenges in the implementation
  • Business Team (Earn and Poket). Working collaboratively with other digital teams to ensure alignment in target and expectation as well as joint effort in expanding Amartha Digital initiatives
  • Business Support and product Team (LnD PnC, Marketing, Afin team, Risk and Audit). Get support regarding both acquisition and activation activities to achieve target
  • New Retail’s Area Coordinator and Development team. The role of the acquisition and activation team will drive the expansion initiative. Orchestrating expansion activities across New Retail functions

Responsibilities:

  • Understand key requirement from key stakeholders for A1 agents
  • Identify key issues in expanding agent network and formulate potential solutions or mitigation plan
  • Able to translate of business opportunities to business strategy and able to articulate those strategy in a document
  • Translate business strategy into detailed product requirements and operations executions
  • Able to create quick and decisive decision making with good judgment
  • Work closely with product, marketing, field officer, and other stakeholders
  • Able to lead a team and groom the team to become a leader
  • Act as a Amartha evangelist to build awareness and understanding

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Math, Engineering, Computer Science of related field from reputable university
  • Have a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and create business opportunities
  • Have a deep understanding of agent network business, virtual products and strong background working with rural and underserved market
  • Preferably more than 5 year experience in conception and/ or developing and/ or expanding agent network business. preferably BRILINK, Mitra Bukalapak, Payfast, Mitra Tokopedia
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into strategic insights and actionable recommendations
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken
