-Gather documents of every transactions
-Gather informations for any unusual transactions
-Liaise with Finance Operations to make sure accuracy and completeness of data for revenue and expenses closing
-Involved in the monthly financial close process, including ensuring all costs incurred are properly recorded, reviewing journal entries, account balance reconciliations and report preparation
-Participate in the ongoing development/establishment of accounting policies and procedures and operational strategies
-Responsible for the accuracy in the general ledger and financial statements
-Ensure the correct application of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles for each account
-Prepare any other ad-hoc data request
-Bachelor's degree (BA) in Accounting
-Professional English proficiency
-Minimum 2 years of experience in handling financial reporting with audit/accounting background is required
-General knowledge of IFRS and/or Indonesian GAAP
-Desire to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
-Proficient use of MS Office programs including MS Word and advanced on MS Excel
-Experienced in working with accounting general ledger system; Xero is preferred
-Understanding of inter-company transactions
-Experience working in an insurance/broker company would be a plus
