Responsibilities

Set up and reconcile outgoing payments via bank transfer, e-wallet, etc.
Prepare financial supporting documents such as invoices, purchase orders and payment notices
Reconcile and post account payable and account receivable entries
Responsible for improving the workflow and automation process to ensure that routine tasks are being done effectively and constantly find ways to increase efficiency without compromising on quality
Assist with audits and any other ad-hoc tasks

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree / Professional Qualification in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent
At least 2 years of working experience in a related field
Detail oriented, highly organized and proficient in Microsoft Excel
Fluent in English with good written and verbal communication abilities
Hands-on experience with accounting software packages such as Netsuite, SAP, Oracle
Experience in Fintech or E-commerce industry will be preferable
Can work with minimal supervision
Able to join on a short notice will be a plus
