Key Responsibilities :

• Complete month end closing on accurate and timely manner
• Provide analytical review to support variance for expense account on timely manner
• Prepare finalized workbook on timely manner
• Record expenses, accruals, prepayments
• Maintain fixed assets module
• Participate in monthly financial close process including account analysis
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy of balance sheet and reduce the risk of financial misstatement or financial exposure
• Create excel monthly files to support reporting and other team’s need
• Support annual financial audit and any ad-hoc assignment as needed

Requirements :

• Accounting Bachelor Degree with 1-3 years of experience as accountant or auditor
• Excellent in Ms. office (esp. advance in Ms. excel)
• Experience working with ERP (Oracle is plus)
• Familiar with GAAP (IFRS is plus)
• Effective communication in English
• Ability to work under pressure and demonstrated ability to gather and communication data logically
