We are looking for an Accountant with hands-on knowledge of hotel accounting and attention to detail who will assist our Finance & Accounting Manager in monthly reporting, daily posting, reconciliation, and compliance with the hotel’s policies and standards.


  • Ensure accuracy in daily posting, correct calculation, and document completeness for all daily transactions.
  • Organize, secure and maintain all files, and records in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliation and analyze & follow up on reconciling items.
  • Complete tasks and assignments related to monthly closing and ensure accuracy in postings.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries related to accounting issues.
  • Provide support during the ad-hoc task and/or audit-related.
  • Coordinate tasks and work with other departments.
  • Administer monthly tax filing as required.
  • Conduct audit where necessary.
  • Perform other duties that are assigned as necessary.
  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in accounting from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in General Ledger. Experience working in a 5-star resort is a plus.
  • Well-versed with the hotel accounting systems (Sun System, SAP, VHP, etc.).
  • Attention to detail – maintain a high level of accuracy and timely processes.
  • Experience with high-volume transaction processing is a plus.
  • Strong commitment and Result oriented.
  • Knowledge of Tax Accounting is a plus.
  • Excel skill is a must.
