We are looking for an Account Receivable/Income Auditor who is highly motivated to work with our finance team at the finest 5-star luxury resort in Bali.
Responsibilities
- Conduct monthly audits as required.
- Verify and reconcile daily credit card transactions.
- Provide support during ad-hoc tasks and/or audit-related.
- Reconcile revenue recording between OPERA PMS and POS.
- Prepare and reconcile revenue against third-party/consignment vendors.
- Verify daily incoming transfers and conduct daily posting against correct invoices.
- Coordinate tasks and work with other departments related to AR or Income Audit functions.
- Follow up on all overdue accounts, and send reminders as per the hotel’s policies and procedures.
- Prepare guests/clients refund due to cancellation, excess deposit, double charging, and obtain the necessary approval.
- Produce and send invoices in a timely manner and ensure their accuracy against travel agent OTA or tenant agreement.
- Perform other duties that are assigned as necessary.
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in accounting from a reputable university.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Account Receivable or Income Auditor. Experience working in a 5-star luxury resort is a plus.
- Well-versed with the hotel accounting systems (Sun System, SAP, VHP, etc.).
- Attention to detail – maintain a high level of accuracy and timely processes.
- Strong commitment and result oriented.
- Excel skill is a must.
