AYANA Hospitality is a leading hospitality company seeking an experienced Account Receivable candidate to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and managing our accounts receivable ledger, ensuring timely and accurate collection of payments from customers in the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accounts receivable records
- Monitor and reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy
- Generate and send customer invoices
- Follow up on overdue payments and manage collections
- Communicate with customers to resolve invoicing and payment queries
- Process and post cash receipts to accounts receivable
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and yearly reports for management
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable in the hospitality industry preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with customers and management
- Proficient in Excel and accounting software
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
