Your main duties in flying with us:
- Plan, develop, and implement effective sales programs to meet and exceed business targets
- Build, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with key partners to support long-term growth
- Monitor and ensure inventory completeness, accuracy, and readiness to support sales efforts
- Evaluate new product opportunities and propose inventory expansion strategies based on market needs and trends
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats
- Recommend and implement data-driven initiatives to enhance market positioning
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ideate, validate, and develop new products and features aligned with customer needs and business goals
- Lead and manage strategic initiatives involving multiple internal and external stakeholders. Ensure timely and successful project delivery through strong coordination and communication
Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- Proven experience in sales, partnerships, or business development roles
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into action
- Excellent project management and communication abilities
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude and a growth mindset
