In this opportunity, you will be trained to develop yourself as a Telemarketer and will learn a lot about telesales, account management & customer service. Your role is to facilitate the communication between Lamudi and it’s end-users, and provide excellent customer service all the way through.

What a day at work for you will look like:
- You will provide AAA service on the phone to make potential customers enthusiastic about our product
- You will generate sales among client accounts, including upsetting and cross-selling Lamudi memberships over the phone
- You will advise your customers on the best products for them to use
- You will build great relations with your customers over the phone
- You will manage your pipeline in our CRM (Salesforce) and keeping management up to date of your progress

- Have at least a Bachelor degree from reputable University.
- Have minimum 1-year work experience in Telesales/Telemarketing.
- Have a commitment to the job and you are excited to work in a fast-growing startup.
- You are eager to learn and willing to go beyond the job description.
Our selection procedure in a nutshell
The position reports to Broker Classified Manager. During the interview process you will meet him/her, as well as a few business stakeholders and Management Team members.
