Act as the primary point of contact for customer account management and establish trusted relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions aligned with client needs and objectives
Identify opportunities in existing accounts for cross-selling and upselling, driving revenue growth and customer value
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Proactively develop new business with existing clients and identify areas for improvement
Forecast and track key account metrics to inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Planning, executing and evaluating retention program
Leadership skill to deal with a large and diverse Lalamove community
Strong sense of prioritization and structured mindset to cover multiple things at the same time, without compromising on quality
Ability to stand firm with integrity when deciding for the company in every situation
Data-driven to identify leverages and make decisions for the business in every situation
Strong verbal and communication skill to articulate ideas clearly through the use of a structured approach with proven ability to create framework
BA/BS degree in Business Administration or relevant field
Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
Skilled in data analytics tools and reporting
Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Freshworks, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel and MS Powerpoint)
