Your main duties in flying with us:
- To support Accommodation team's overall contracting ability with various hotel/chain partners by utilizing important and necessary connectivity tools (XML, JSON, Kibana, etc.)
- To support and troubleshoot connectivity issues between internal and partner system (Channel managers, Switchers)
- To support and communicate all product development requirements (API, Extranet, Dashboard, etc.) on behalf of Accommodation team to Product and Technical Teams
- To support and communicate all reporting development requirements (BQ, Tableau, Looker, etc) on behalf of Accommodation team to other related departments
Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:
- At least 43years of experience in a relevant field, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in hospitality, tourism, business, or related fields.
- Familiarity with industry trends and operations, including extranets, channel managers, or switchers.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reports, presentations, and data management.
- Strong written and spoken English for professional communication.
- Skilled in organizing records, managing tasks, and maintaining workflow efficiency.
- Collaborative and supportive, with strong interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team.
